Mel Gibson has slashed the price of this Tudor-style mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut. The soon-to-be-divorced star first put the home on the market in the summer of 2007 for $39.5 million USD. He dropped the price to $35 million USD last September. It is now on the market for $29.75 million USD. Old Mill Farm was designed by architect Charles Lewis Bowman and built in 1926 for his horse lover client, G.L. Ohrstrom. The almost 16,000 sq ft property boasts 15 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, a tennis court, a private pond, a landscaped circular driveway and a soaring cathedral ceiling. Gibson’s fortune is valued at about $1 billion USD.
