Following modern architecture building is Natural Heritage Center in Jeju. Jeju is an island formed by volcanic activity, geological its distinctive shape was one of the reasons that encouraged the architectural project and its objectives. The Natural Heritage Center design concept is modern architecture, that project won second place in an architecture contest, began to represent symbolically the volcanic landscape consists of caves and mountains.

Modern Architecture of Natural Heritage Center Concept

These two geological features were taken as formal reference spaces consisting of construction and equipment structure wanted the center is recognized as a more than an image. A direct representation of the volcanic forms that remains recognizable. The cover of the scheme this modern architecture building is formed from the existing topography begins to natural ground level and separates and lifts at certain points forming terraced walkways and the land raises decks.

The general strategy is central to the circulation, the forms are nodes that create crosses and turned inward, out and around the deck, decks and interior spaces. The flow of people remains slow and this was considered in the pedestrian system. Expands outward from the site and create links between sporadic access to the mountains and the road networks of the people. The center not only serves as a tourist and educational, but a contribution to the premises.

It is that individuals can live and work with quality of life in it. To this end, RTA-Office and DOME Partners intend to establish synergies between different disciplines and use of technologies appropriate to the socio-cultural reality in designing this Municipal Building and Market Mall.

Municipal Building and Market Mall Sustainable Proposal.

Strategy used thermal inertia. A building with a high degree of sun protection, both in its roof and facade, and a skin with varying degrees of insulation on the perimeter of opaque and transparent in the large windows. The use of courtyards provides exceptional thermal conditioning and lighting to this Municipal Building and Market Mall. On the one hand allows for natural solar control thanks to a structural mesh perforated organic formalization is located at the top of the courtyards.

Some automatic control systems allow for optimal solar daylight with minimal solar incidence. The building concept has been worked in the sense of optimizing natural lighting, in order to offset their dependence on artificial lighting.

BUBA Architects team proposes vertical zoo Architecture Idea by reading of the place that makes no distinction between the natural and new. The organization and growth of this Vertical zoo is given to adding base to go and / or completing the vertical zoo construction of the empty spaces inside the tower, leaving spaces and gaps for colonization of the same depending on future needs.

Vertical Zoo Architecture Idea Proposals

The Vertical zoo proposals are part of the geometry elements are able to connect together to form larger units with the versatility to grow both in horizontal and in vertical. Each of the pieces are arranged in a star of 6 arms, based on some core (trunk) to which they are added various cells (branches) which respond to the various activities of the zoo, covering the needs of visitors , employees and, of course, the animals on Vertical zoo.

Finally, BUBA Architects suggest Architecture Idea suit an environmental control chamber (foliage) that surrounds and protects the internal activities as well as offering an overall picture of harmony with their environment, its modern and innovative time called Vertical zoo.

This tree is able to support them, to be self-sufficient, generating its own energy and living in harmony with its surroundings thus becoming a place of refuge and meeting the different species of the animal kingdom at Vertical zoo.

Following house on rock formation in Pucusana Island, fifty miles from the city of Lima, this small house summarizes the relationship between abstract geometry, architecture and natural landscape of the coast.

Although located in an area of minimum size, the house on rock formation has a full program of seaside house: living room, kitchen, patio and terrace on the third level, four bedrooms and bathrooms in the middle and upper floors, and room service, cistern and fourth boat in the first.

House on Rock formation volumetrically design

Volumetrically is a rectangular solid whose mass has been released in both a vertical (earth-sky) and horizontal (land, sea). This constant sense of matter-vacuum ends to fly weightless sea plane from the terrace.

The focus design of is House on Rock formation to communication with nature, is mainly manifested in the work of the different types of views to built the relationship between abstract geometry, architecture and natural landscape of the coast.

For example, the master bedroom and entry window overlook-way in order to frame the landscape photographically while the third floor of the terrace social activity motivated management stereoscopic views, which allows us to appreciate at the same time sky, sand and sea.

The study of the different registers of natural light also contributes to this end, vertical entry of light to climb the ladder to get a connection with heaven descending horizontal for a better view of the seascape.

House on Rock formation concept design

The concepts design of House on Rock formation is support these projects show our idea of what this house was meant for the place: an architectural gesture by the sea looking for the special value geography in this part of the Peruvian coast. What a beautiful House on Rock formation

Following summer house recently regulate solving the mismatch between the inappropriate subdivision and the possibility of building without losing the environmental quality of the site. This situation described that this summer house is added as an aggravating the proliferation of a type “house in a picturesque place of fantasy,” which is gradually “domesticating” the forest, still owner of a wild powerful presence. Operate at the site, meant then, assume their mismatches as a challenge and see how far, architects can make minimalist architecture design to made a contribution alternative for Natural Environments Survival.

The response was the proposal of a minimal architecture resources for following summer house, both material and formal, not only as aesthetic choice but as an ethical principle of promotion of a more rational use of the various resources available. That summer house architecture should be incorporated into the landscape stripped willing to membership, seeking to integrate existing that reality.

Summer House in Forest take advantage environment offers

Recognizing this particular microclimate was instrumental (along with the available budget and need no maintenance of the house) of the aesthetic-constructive decisions that defined the work. The need to capture the light led to conceive the first work as a “half-covered” and then solve it with large panes of glass from inside it possible views in all directions and from the outside reflect the landscape, the summer house blends in with it. The need to accelerate the timing of execution of the work and avoid subsequent maintenance we decided to build with exposed concrete.

The shadow ruling of this summer house on the other hand allowed us to use this material since it provides sufficient thermal protection from spring through late fall. Preparation for winter was not too important (although of course it was expected) given its status as a holiday home. The insulation on current summer house was resolved with a waterproof concrete compactness and a study of the shape of the envelope so that the rain water drainage will take place very quickly.

Summer House using available resources wisely

The expressive quality of concrete and its resistance and impermeability already mentioned, made superfluous any type of surface finish, achieving a low cost of implementation at the ends without the need for future maintenance. On the other hand the color and texture of concrete made with planks of wood framing resulted from a forceful presence and mimetic at a time, allowing the work to be expressed in harmony with the landscape. It’s short, an envelope of only two materials, concrete and glass-solve integration with the landscape and responds to formal issues, structural, functional, and maintenance finishes.

The same criterion the resolution of outdoor activities was the result of performing the operation on the environment less. To avoid any kind of landscaping not only for the convenience of not keeping it to avoid leaving unnecessary limits expressed in a landscape that are not very built, or areas contrasting with the landscape features of this privileged environment. We like the strong homogeneity of coniferous forest interrupted only once in a while for some acacia and our pampas grasslands are otherwise dominant vegetation in the dunes near the sea.

This summer house is the result of a design process that begins with the construction in 2004 of a summer house in the forest of Mar Azu.

CAPBA Auditorium and Administrative Office is one of new architecture project propose increasing commercial use as it approaches the center of the city. We believe the new architecture project proposal should be inserted into the block as a piece of pure geometry within the existing system, completing the buildable volume.

Architectural Proposal Project

The Architectural Project attempt to intervene in the property from a program strategy that recognizes the different uses. A central vacuum acts as a liaison between the programs connected through a core composed of circulatory stairs and elevator.

Building Character of of CAPBA Auditorium and Administrative Office

We believe it is the opportunity to build a building architectural that has become a reference in terms of sustainability, ecology and social character.

The new architecture project proposal seeks through a functional and coherent urban wont reinterpret the environment. Sustainable built the enclosure becomes the new corporate image building of the College of Architects.

This envelope consists of a double skin (glass and aluminum sheet, details) addresses key issues such as the interior of the building bioclimatic control acting as a thermal barrier of facades (both light sifted temperature) and the image of unity Together, through the material synthesis highlights the brightness, lightness and transparency during the day and night are changing the image.

Sustainable Proposal new architecture project

Accessibility of Proposal new architecture project

Designing a floor-level functions +0.00 staying largest attendance total daily public with free access to the disabled, likewise for the functions that develop in the upper levels, a vertical circulation core with elevator resolved accessibility.

Design bioenvironmental
The architectural design of workspaces provide the dimensions for the most profit from natural lighting and ventilation, lighting conditions of greater comfort, visual, and hygrothermal indoor air quality.

Double skin

New architectural project suggest of CAPBA Auditorium and Administrative Office suggest that on the inside is located the laminated glass carpentry DVH 6 +4 +6 is a large glazed surface slab to slab, comprising a fixed central glass and aluminum carpentry two A30-type profile with manual opening new banner at the end and bottom.

The outer Auditorium design surface is placed a metallic fabric that is modified along the lines of the building. In northern outer face is placed a fixed perforated panels 300 Plano Aeroscreen type of aluminum, anchored to the main building structure.

The west side is placed outside a fixed perforated panels 300 Plano Aeroscreen type of aluminum, aluminum ribs resting on the structure anchored to the building.

These panels act as sunscreen for the inside and also give lightness to the whole building. It is an economical and effective way to get reduces the amount of radiation incident on the facade without sacrificing large transparent glass facades.

Green terraces

The substrate and plant cover of the green roof acts as a porous material isolating noise and contributing to the building’s thermal comfort.

While an average asphalt roof can reach 70 º C on a summer day, a surface vegetation cover rarely exceeds 26 º C.

This architectural design brings great savings on air conditioning use, decreasing use up to 40%. Extends the life of the roof, increasing the durability of waterproofing membranes, to be protected from UV rays and extreme temperatures.

A large-scale

The green architectural design of roof effect dramatically reduces the “heat island” which is a weather phenomenon caused by heat emitted from vehicles, industrial processes and sunlight to be reflected in the asphalt, cement and the roofs waterproofed areas urban, which helps to reduce temperature.

Vegetation and substrate collect dust and suspended particles in the air, which are the main causes of disease in the airways. The plants reach 85% of filter particles from the air, depositing heavy metals in plants and the substrate.

Green roofs retain and detain storm water, reducing runoff volume and reducing the rate at which water reaches the river systems. Research has shown that green roofs have the ability to retain 50% of water from rainfall of 30 mm.

The terrace is formed by a drainage layer (material of large pores) supported on a barrier antiraíces. The drainage layer and the substrate are separated by light geotexil. Light on the substrate are planted plant species: Lantana montevidensis, Poa iridifolia, Sedum spectabile and Pogonatherum paniceum.

Use of alternative energies

Envisage the use of a section of the roof to accommodate solar panels and solar collectors to storage tanks on the top floor.

Constructive proposals streamlined

It develops a framework for partitions submuración reinforced concrete shafts mediators. On the ground level develops a metallic structure made up of columns and beams UPN.

Prestressed slabs are used Shap type covering 60 8 meters between supports allowing facilities pass on your nerves. The choice of structure prioritizes the execution times and assembly for this new architecture project.
