Municipal Building and Market Mall Architecture Design Official proposal is based on creating a set of buildings as a “place” environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy. It is that individuals can live and work with quality of life in it. To this end, RTA-Office and DOME Partners intend to establish synergies between different disciplines and use of technologies appropriate to the socio-cultural reality in designing this Municipal Building and Market Mall.

Strategy used thermal inertia. A building with a high degree of sun protection, both in its roof and facade, and a skin with varying degrees of insulation on the perimeter of opaque and transparent in the large windows. The use of courtyards provides exceptional thermal conditioning and lighting to this Municipal Building and Market Mall. On the one hand allows for natural solar control thanks to a structural mesh perforated organic formalization is located at the top of the courtyards.
Some automatic control systems allow for optimal solar daylight with minimal solar incidence. The building concept has been worked in the sense of optimizing natural lighting, in order to offset their dependence on artificial lighting.
