Beach House in Las Arenas

The Beach house project consists of a small house on a beach 100 miles south of Lima. Conceptually, the project explores the expansion of conventional uses in a beach house. For this we have created a kind of a big box containing a total space that fully integrates the living / dining room with terrace / pool within which various elements have been designed (conventional and unconventional) that allow multiple use options.
Architecturally, the beach house volume has been strategically drilled in some of his plans to control effects of sunlight and visual approach has been deliberately suspended over the garden area so as to include the sensations of weightlessness and freedom in the architectural experience of users.
Functionally, the beach house main volume is surrounded by sleeping areas and service. There are kitchen and master bedroom, both visually connected with the terrace pool and, by extension, with the skyline.
