By knowing the place we saw that side was the most enjoyable viewing, as the common use areas often offer private housing estate are those best equipped of forestation.
The order was premised on a bungalow to live from the inside out, adding the use of natural materials and colors to create a pure architecture, with a fair balance between transparent and opaque. The private housing estate is implanted in the ground in the form of L, as a result of a juxtaposition of volumes and planes, which define a corner “hollow”, which functions as the main pedestrian entrance of this single family house.

Differed to the space containing the axis of movement of the private area facing south, through the launch of the floor plan to give the sensation of floating on the green. Housing facade is composed of an independent flat, covered with slate and mounted on metal pillars floor spreading slit generating a transparent and allows light to bathe the natural corridor to realize wonderful private housing estate.
In the social wing, dematerialize sought to limit the ground using large sliding panels, followed by a support structure for vertical railroad ties, which are closing the eye outward in a disorderly manner and interspersed with fixed slits of glass.

The same type of wooden structure was used in the garage area from single family house to sustain the level of exposed concrete that serves as shelter for vehicles. The semi-covered space of the gallery is framed by a wooden beam covered with 12m clearance allowing the amplitude to the recreation area. A key aspect of this assignment was also the role which required the customer to the water element.
The pool serves as a lifeline to swim 18 meters in length, which accompanies the entire private wing and in turn is inserted below the gallery, creating an important visual connection from the bedrooms and dining area. This private housing estate is characterized by a strong design solution in constant contact with the environment and responding to the premises required by the user.
