The creation urban benchmark milestone to commemorate the centenary of the game involves a dual commitment Daireaux. In the first instance, leads us to reflect on how it should be a landmark contemporary reference. Secondly, but of vital importance to deepen over people, citizens, understand their identity, culture and desires.
A milestone is a fixed point of citizen recognition of symbolic meaning which they must identify. This is to reaffirm the shared values of society. Must ensure its ownership from not merely provide a communicative function.
The architect intend to designing landmark that represents their community, inclusive, equalizer, interpreting its cultural tradition, symbolic, and constructive use. The foundation deroense was not instantly, but due to prosecution of members population, from different places in various professions and with different skills, which through their wills, stocks, jobs and projects allowed generate a foundational action through time and create a certain identity from their diversity.

The architects believe in symbolic value celebration of the centenary deroense citizen must be honored at each of it’s with its unique diversity and cultural characteristics that shaped his identity. The landmark design has to intervene in the two edges of distinct characteristics. The northwestern edge forms almost the entire axis passing through the Fifth Municipal Bank Club and ends at the Virgin Mary located in the encounter with the road No. 65. The southeast edge appears more intact, and natural.
Moira Archs Landmark project aims to strengthen the current characteristics of the edges to emphasize the shaft. For this, we outline some elements of a linear landmark sports and leisure uses on the northwest side, while the southeast side, we propose a forestation to protect the areas of use of harsh winter winds.

Moira Archs propose a sequential continuous and participatory watershed that incorporates symbolic value and use areas for the enjoyment of the community. The bike path provides a linear path, which links various elements and urban spaces, including the milestone to commemorate the 75 years since the founding of Daireaux, the Virgin Mary, La Quinta Municipal Bank Club, and the new public space, Centennial milestone.
Moira Archs design a sequence of beacons, vertical elements that strengthen the linear axis of access J. Carle. These are variable factors, different in some way and the same from another point of view. It was represent a sign of continued diversity in order to form a common element during the gestation.
The equipment allows developing various activities such as leisure, recreation and sport encourages the plurality of social relations and seeks the appropriation of urban space by community and visitors. Moira Archs chose steel construction technology as the most representative of a city landmark design, The metal construction is durable over time, economic and involves very low maintenance cost.
