Sustainable House Project GB Architects

The project architects and Maxi Maria Eugenia Gatti Bolotner placed 1st prize for Sustainable Home Competition. The design on sustainable house project was applying common sense to design and build an efficient function. GB Architects propose a house project design with a series of courts of different status, allowing efficient cross ventilation, for each of the environments.
The sustainable house project is perceived as a master volume high on a highly glazed floor where a side pergolas help sift the incoming light. On the ground floor exterior and interior are related continuing the space. On the upper floor a series of terraces served to expand into the rooms or circulation.

The house main courtyard has a leading role from anywhere in the house to generates an ever-changing place that allows us to contemplate the obvious seasonal variations in the tree. To design each of the environments are taken into account the different orientations and the relationship between glass walls and realize each space. All rooms have cross ventilation, making openings in each set in different orientations.-via-
