Manhattan Beach contemporary house recently build by Steve Lazar in California, contemporary home project for his family in Manhattan Beach exclusively designed and build by ascending a series of Mangaris wood steps, one walks alongside a river of water flowing over riverbed stones that lead to the home entrance.  Basically the design Idea is to build a comfortable house and the concept design is taken from the islands resort apparent right through the design.  3-storey contemporary house structure is comprised of stained and polished Mangaris wood, and the instantaneous impression is that the visitor has just arrived at an island resort. This contemporary house as well as poised to take advantage of coastal breezes from all direction.

Panoramic view of the shoreline is visible through sliding-glass pocket doors that will visitors found if their step-up the living room. Modern kitchen with specious space comprised of stainless steel appliances with blue/green reflective mosaic tile. Contemporary furniture spaciously placed in every single room in this contemporary house to generate fresh atmosphere to the interior.  Blue and green accent dominating appears throughout this contemporary home and evoking the seaside surroundings.-via-
