Modern Residential building Renovation and Building Extension

Building renovation and adding additional building extension maybe good solution to get different building look at interior or exterior design. Here we attend one old residential building which has been renovated become modern residential building with full modern amenities and welcoming shared spaces to encourage community. Projects completed over four years include the main lobby renovation, two Building Extension requiring compliance with the campus master plan. Exterior ramps and stairs for building code and accessibility compliance has been renovation to get comfortable access. Building fire-suppression system, roof replacement, and landscape improvements has been redesign with modern style. Sophisticated upgrades to the lobby feature terrazzo flooring, stained wood paneling, and stone countertops was created to complete the sustainable design. Building Additional include a 100 seats dining room and 7,000 square feet of student amenities including a multi-purpose room, study rooms, entertainment room, and hall directors’ offices. The additions draw upon the scale and color palette of the original building to create a cohesive whole. All projects were completed when the building was occupied over short summer session schedules.-via-
